Groveland Gecko Terms of Sale


Shipping is done through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping is based on current rates charged by the carrier.

Orders are typically shipped within 48hrs (business days, Mon.-Fri.) of receipt of payment.

Packages marked as “delivered” by shipping carriers will constitute a complete transaction. Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Groveland Gecko. Buyer must have a safe and secure location for deliveries.


GrovelandGecko.com accepts payment via credit card through Authorize.net and PayPal. Groveland Gecko does not store, handle, or see credit card information.


Returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be returned in unopened/unused condition. Please email info@grovelandgecko.com for return information. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued once any approved return has been reviewed and confirmed in good condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued back to the payment type used for the transaction(s).

For damaged items, please contact info@grovelandgecko.com for instructions. Pictures of the damages may be required and please save ALL packing material until you have contacted us, as it may be required for a claim with the shipping carrier. Refund or replacement of the damaged product will be at Groveland Gecko’s discretion.

Heat Tape Exclusion: Groveland Gecko is unable to accept returns on heat tape that has been connected or wired. No warranty is offered on heat tape products whether purchased in components or pre-wired. The consumer MUST use an appropriate thermostat or rheostat with ALL heat tape and heated cage/rack products. The consumer is also responsible for the installation and maintenance of these products. Your safety and the safety of your animals depends on it.
